This listing is for a Bari (brand) "medium" synthetic reed for baritone saxophone. This is a 'new old stock' (NOS) item from a closed music store, meaning it has never been used, but it sat around the store unsold for a long time. Thus, it might be an earlier version, or come in different packaging, than the same product today. The packaging has been opened. There is a minor crack in the plastic box the reed comes in. the foam inside the box is beginning to disintegrate from age, so you'll want to wash the reed prior to use.
