#4 FORESTONE SOPRANO SAXOPHONE REED. BALCK BAMBOO REED The Forestone material is a mixture of polypropylene resin and cellulose wood fibre. More than 50 percent of the wood fiber is bamboo. The material is tasteless,odorless and non-toxic. Forestone reeds maintain their strength and resistance over time. They vibrate well and hold the centre of the sound in a manner similar to that of a good quality cane reed. The Black Bamboo reeds contain a special carbon mixture for increased resistance and great projection, durability and completely unaffected by the influences of temperature, humidity and dehydration.
